Scaling & Modifications Guide
-Work sets for the squats start at 80% of existing 5RM. Attempt to set a new 5RM today.
-Cleans should be touch-n-go. The weight should be heavy (~80% of 1RM), as long as your form is good.
-Each set of cleans + box jumps should take no more than ~35s. Reduce number of box jumps as-needed to stay under this target time.
