A) Back Squat 4×1
*increase weight each set
*go for a new 1RM today!
B) 3 rounds for time of:
15 DB Snatch @ 50/30
-Be sure to warm up well to your work sets for the back squat. Work sets start at 80% of previous 1RM.
-The B WOD is a sprint! Blow through it as quick as you can.
-Make sure to get a good kipping swing on the T2B; don’t swing out of control.
