A) Handstand Pushup Progressions
B) AMRAP in 20m (you-go, I-go):
15 Goblet Squats @ 55/35
-For the A WOD, work on your most difficult progression to a full, strict HSPU
-Partner up for the B WOD. Alternate work and rest intervals with your partner for 20min. Only one person works at a time, and you must finish a full round before your partner starts.
-For the B WOD, scale back your HSPU progression so that you can do all 5 reps unbroken.
