Run 1.5 miles
-Increase weight each set in the C&J. If things are feeling good and you’re moving well, go for a new 1RM today!
-The run is a good benchmark distance. This isn’t a slow jog; set a fast but manageable pace in the beginning and try to hold it for the whole 1.5 miles.
