5 Power Cleans (touch-n-go) @ 135/95
-For the A WOD, work sets start at 80% of 3RM. If you’re feeling good, go for a new 3RM today!
-The B WOD is all about power output. For the cleans, choose a weight that you can manhandle for 5 reps, likely somewhere around 60% of 1RM. After that, sprint, rinse, repeat.
