B) AMRAP in 15m (you-go, I-go):
8 OH Squats @ 115/75
8 Burpee-Box Jumps @ 24/20
-Increase weight each set of the ring dips.
-The B WOD is a partner workout, where only one person works at a time. Move as quickly as you can when it’s your turn, then rest while your partner works.
