Workout of the Day
A) Snatch 4×3

B) 21-15-9 reps for time of:
KB Swings @ 55/35

Coaching Tips
-Increase the weight for every set of the snatches. Reset after every rep, and strive to make reps 2 and 3 look identical to rep 1.

-For the B WOD, scale the pushups and pullups appropriately so you’re not having to take huge rests. This workout should be much more of a sprint than a slog.
