21-15-9 reps for time of:
Power Cleans @ 135/95
*Time cap = 12 min.
Extra Credit: HSPU Progressions… accumulate 15 reps
-Take your time on the squats, don’t rush them. Go for a heavy set of 10 today.
-Be sure to scale the dips appropriately. Once you hit a wall on dips, they just don’t come back. Don’t hit that wall.
