B) AMRAP in 10m of:
20m Waiter Walk @ 55/35, Right Arm
20m Waiter Walk @ 55/35, Left Arm
Extra Credit: Strict T2B Progressions… accumulate 15 reps
-If you’re proficient in the snatch, go for a heavy single today. If you’re still dialing in your technique, let’s keep the weight low or moderate, and focus your reps on improving your weakness(es).
-The waiter walk is great exercise for building shoulder, tricep, and core strength/stability. Be sure to pack your shoulder joint in tight rather than lifting with your traps.
