Workout of the Day
A) Back Squat 4×1

B) 3 rounds for time of:
Run 400m
15 Shoulder-to-Overhead @ 115/75

Extra Credit: Back Extensions… accumulate 30 reps

Coaching Tips
-Go for a heavy single back squat today. If things are feeling good, push it up and go for a new PR.

-The B WOD should be fast, but not all out. Pick a weight for the S2O that you can unbroken in at least the first round.
