B) AMRAP in 12m of:
20 Wall Balls @ 20/14
100m Farmer Carry @ 2x 55/35

Extra Credit: Leg Levers… accumulate 50 reps

Coaching Tips
-The key to the snatch complex is pulling yourself quickly under the bar. Get to the bottom of your squat fast!

-Scale your farmer carry load to be approximately 15% of your 1RM deadlift in each hand.
