Workout of the Day
A) Back Squat 4×3
B) 5 rounds for time of:
Extra Credit: Double-Unders… practice for 4 minutes
-Go for a heavy triple in the squat today. If things feel good, go for a new 3RM!
-Scale the pushups (to a box) as needed so that you can go at least three rounds without breaking up the reps. This should be fast mover.
