Workout of the Day
A) Deadlift 4×1

B) 7 rounds on the 1:00 interval, for average split time, of:
6 Walking DB Lunge Steps @ 2x 55/35
6 Burpees

Extra Credit: Double Unders… practice 4 minutes

Coaching Tips
-Looking for heavy singles in the deadlift today. If things feel good, go for a new 1RM!

-The B WOD is a fast-moving interval workout. If your splits are going beyond 40 seconds per round, drop the number of burpees to ensure that it stay an interval workout instead of a steady-state workout.
