A) Back Squat 4×5
B) 5 rounds on the 2:30 interval, for average split time, of:
3 Power Cleans (touch-n-go) @ 225/155
Extra Credit: Hip Extensions… accumulate 30 reps
-Go heavy on the back squat, increase weight each set, and shoot for a new 5RM today.
-The power cleans should be heavy but unbroken in every round. Scale the weight to around ~85% of your 1RM power clean.
