Workout of the Day
A) Snatch Doubles
4 sets of 2 reps, reset after every rep

B) For time:
30 Wall Balls @ 20/14
20 Dumbbell Snatches @ 55/35
20 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
20 Dumbbell Snatches @ 55/35
30 Wall Balls @ 20/14

Extra Credit: GHD Situps… accumulate 30 reps

Coaching Tips
-If you’re proficient with the snatch, go for a heavy double. If you’re still developing, keep the weight low and focus on perfecting your technique.

-The B WOD should be fast! Scale each exercise so that you’re not breaking up the sets more than 1-2 times each.
