A) Push Press 4×5
B) 5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Squat Cleans @ 225/155
2x Strict Ring Dips
Extra Credit: Leg Levers… accumulate 50 reps
-Be sure to brace hard and use your legs for the push press. The arms are used only to finish the movement.
-Scale the weight on the cleans so that it’s heavy enough to require that you do single repetitions.
-The “2x” on the ring dips means that you’ll do twice as many ring dips as squat cleans. The rounds of ring dips then will be 10-8-6-4-2.
