A) Clean & Jerk Doubles
B) 5 rounds on the 2:00 interval, for average split, of:
7 Thrusters @ 135/95
10 Box Jumps @ 24/20
-If you’re proficient in the clean & jerk, go for a heavy double today. Otherwise, keep the weight low or moderate, and work on technique.
-For the B WOD, scale the thruster weight so that you can do all five rounds unbroken. Take your time on the thrusters, then go as fast as you can on the box jumps. The best score will come from transitioning quickly and keeping a steady pace.
