Workout of the Day
A) Front Squat 4×1

B) AMRAP in 10m of:
10 Hang Power Cleans @ 135/95
40 Double-Unders

Extra Credit: GHD Situps, accumulate 30 reps

Coaching Tips
-Go for a heavy single front squat today. If you’re feeling good, go for a new PR!

-There are several options for scaling the double-unders.
Option 1: 20 Double-Unders Per Round, count attempts
Option 2: 10 Double-Unders Per Round, count attempts
Option 3: 40 Single Unders Per Round, count attempts
Option 4: 40 Stick Jumps @ 12″

-As always, you can bail out to an easier option in any given round if you are getting frustrated. However, you must start each round at your original option attempt.
