A) Deadlift 4×3
B) 3 rounds for total reps of:
90s Max Effort Wall Ball @ 20/14
-Increase weight each set of the deadlifts. If things are feeling good, go for a new 3RM today.
-For the B WOD, go unbroken in the wall balls for as long as possible. The ultimate goal is completing all three rounds unbroken for the entire 90s.
