*10 Leg Levers between sets

B) For time:

30 Jumping Squats @ 45/33
60 Abmat Situps

Coaching Tips
-If you can do a single strict pullup, you should do the weighted pullups today. Increase weight each set as you’re able.

-Rack the barbell on your back for the jumping squats. Be sure to go into a full squat with heels on the ground at the bottom, and to get both feet off the floor at the top.
