B) Turkish Getups 3×3 (3L/3R)
C) AMRAP in 5m of:
10 Goblet Squats @ 55/35
10 Dumbbell Snatch @ 55/35
-Go for a heavy single in the press today. If things feel good, go for a new 1RM!
-Turkish Getups are all about core strength, shoulder stability, and patience. Take your time, and make sure the dumbbell stays straight overhead.
-The C WOD is short and fast. Transition quickly from one exercise to the next, and aim for 3-5 rounds.
