Workout of the Day
A) EMOM for 7m:
Clean Pull + Clean

B) 7-6-5-4-3 reps for time of:
Front Squats @ 205/135
Run 200m between sets

Coaching Tips
-The clean pull prior to the clean should encourage you to pull completely before getting under the bar.

-The front squats should be slightly lower in weight than they would be for a similarly structured interval workout. Use the runs to between sets to shake out your legs, and aim to do each set of front squats unbroken.
