We’re adding a second Introduction to CrossFit class on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. This new class is in addition to our Introduction to CrossFit class on Saturday mornings at 10am, specifically added for those of you that like to get away to the mountains on the weekends. Oh, did we mention that the class is FREE?!

Introduction to CrossFit. Come learn what makes CrossFit so effective and sustainable. In this free introductory class, you’ll start by learning about the CrossFit method, and finish by applying it in a workout that’ll make you sweat!
