Workout of the Day
A) Bulgarian Split Squat 5×5 (5L/5R)

B) 3 rounds for total reps of:
AMRAP in 3m of:
5 Deadlifts @ 225/155
20 Double-Unders
*rest 2 min between AMRAPs

Scaling Guidance
-Select a deadlift weight and a double-under scaling option that will put you in 3-5 round range for each of the three AMRAPs.

-Double Under Scaling Options:
1. 10 double-unders per round
2. 10 double-unders per round, count attempts toward total
3. 20 Single Unders (use this option if you generally struggle with single-unders)
4. 20 Stick Jumps (use this as a bailout/max frustration option only)
