A) Bench Press
15 minutes to work up to a heavy triple
B) 3 rounds for time of:
15 OH Squats @ 115/75
-If you’re still developing your OHS, keep the weight low, and work on grooving each rep perfectly.
-If you’ve got a good OH Squat, select a weight that will challenge you. If you finish all three rounds with 15 UB reps, your weight was too light for this workout.
