Workout of the Day
A) EMOM for 10m:
1 Power Clean + Split Jerk

B) 21-15-9 reps for time of:
Burpees
Pullups

Scaling Guidance
-The A WOD will move faster than you think, and the weight will start to get heavy quick. If you’re generally proficient with the C&J, then shoot for a weight that is 80-90% of your 1RM. If you’re still working technique, pick a weight that is light to moderate, and make every rep perfect.

-The B WOD is an absolute blazer; scores of less than 4 minutes are possible. Aim for a steady pace on the burpees (don’t come out too fast!), and scale the pullups so that you’re breaking the sets up no more than once or twice.
