B) 5 rounds for time of:
7 Power Cleans @ 135/95
7 Box Jumps @ 30/24
7 Kipping T2B
-Work your most difficult or advanced progression for the A WOD. Pyramid 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 OR 2-3-4-5-4-3-2.
-The B WOD is all about explosiveness. Try to do each exercise unbroken, taking your rest only during the transitions.
