7 Dumbbell Ground-to-Overhead @ 2x 50/30
Shuttle Sprint 300 ft
-For the B WOD, pick a weight that will be challenging for all 6 rounds, but that you can do unbroken in each. Max sprint afterwards to get the greatest benefit.
