15 minutes to work to a heavy triple

B) 3 rounds for time of:
25 Abmat Situps
20 OH Plate Walking Lunge Steps @ 45/25
15 Deadlifts @ 175/115 (these should be FAST)

Level 2: 35/15, 135/95
Level 3: 25/10, 95/65
Beginner: 15-20 Situps, Unweighted Lunges, 35-65# Deadlifts
