A) EMOM for 20m, alternate:
Odd minutes: 3 Overhead Squats @ 80-85% of 3RM
Even minutes: 3 Weighted Pullups (or pullup progressions)

B) 4 rounds for perfection of:
Hollow Body Hold
20s on, 40s off
