Workout of the Day
A) 7 rounds on the 1:30 interval of:
3 Back Squats @ 80-85% of 1RM

B) AMRAP in 8m of:
20 Double-Unders
10 Pushups

Scaling Guidance
Score: 4 to 8 rounds
Level 1: As RX’d
Level 2: Count double-under attempts, 7 pushups/rd
Level 3: 10 double-unders per round (count attempts), box pushups
Beginner: 20 single-unders per round, wall or box pushups
