Thrusters @ 75/55
Box Jumps @ 24/20
Run 400m

Scaling Guidance
Score: 8 to 14 minutes
Level 1: As RX’d
Level 2: 65/45
Level 3: 55/35, 20/16
Beginner: 15-35 lbs, 8-12″ box

Coaching Tips
Be sure to DRIVE with the hips in the push press. Your arms are there to simply finish the movement.

For the B WOD, try to go unbroken through the thrusters and box jumps, taking rest only between exercises.
