Workout of the Day
A) EMOM for 10m:
3 Power Cleans @ 80% (touch-and-go reps)

B) EMOM for 7m:
7 Pullups
7 Burpees

Scaling Guidance
Each round of the B WOD should take no more than 35 seconds.
Level 1: As RX’d
Level 2: 6 Pullups, 6 Burpees
Level 3: 4-5 Banded Pullups, 4-5 Burpees
Beginner: 2-3 Banded Pullups or Ring Rows, 2-3 Burpees or 10-12 Jumping Jacks
