Deadlifts @ 225/155
Handstand Pushups

Scaling Guidance
Score: 5 to 9 minutes
Level 1: As RX’d (kipping HSPU ok)
Level 2: 185/125, 12-9-6 Kipping HSPU OR Self-Spotted or Reduced ROM HSPU
Level 3: 135/95, Pike Pushups or Knees-on-Box Pushups
Beginner: 35-95 lbs, Inclined Box or Wall Pushups
