Workout of the Day
A1) Split Squat 5×10 (5L/5R)
A2) One-Arm DB Press 5×10 (5L/5R)
*alternate A1 and A2 with 30s rest between sets

B) T2B and DB Snatch Ladder
EMOM for as long as possible:
1 T2B
2 DB Snatch (1L/1R) @ 55/35
*increase T2B by 1 rep and DB Snatch by 2 reps every minute

Scaling Guidance
Score: 5 to 9 rounds
Level 1: As RX’d
Level 2: Knees-to-Elbow, 40/25
Level 3: Hanging Knee Raise, 25/15
Beginner: 2s Hang (add 2s every round), 5-15 lbs
