WOD – November 28, 2015

The best dunk of all time happened in the Sydney Olympics. Vince Carter stole the ball at the three point circle and proceeded to jump OVER the 7′ 2″ Fred Weis on his way to dunking the ball. Check out the one-minute video below, and be sure to watch all of the camera angles.

Today we introduce plyometric training. Plyometrics serve to increase our power and explosiveness, attributes that are essential to athletic activities like sprinting, jumping, and the Olympic lifts.

Workout of the Day

EMOM for 20 minutes, alternate:
OM: 4 Strict Shoulder Presses
EM: 2 Seated Box Jumps + Depth Drops @ 12/8″
