WOD – November 30, 2015

Why do we use squats at the wall in our warmups? Is it just some sort of crazy CrossFit torture? Not exactly (well, maybe).

The wall squat is a great way to force a tight belly and an upright torso. It requires great balance, concentration, and proprioceptive awareness. Check out the video below for the gold standard- squatting with toes on the wall.
