Workout of the Day

30 minutes to complete the following:
Press 5-5-5
Push Press 3-3-3-3
Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1
Try to increase the weight 5-10 lbs in every set from the first press to the last jerk.

Check out Klokov with an EASY 495# push press. Watch specifically for how he breathes when he racks the bar and executes the lift.
