12 Days of CrossFit WOD!

It’s that time of year, so we thought we’d have some fun with a workout that plays out just like the song.

On the first day of CrossFit, my coaches gave to me… a 150m row

On the second day of CrossFit, my coaches gave to me… 2 rings dips, and a 150m row

On the third day of CrossFit, my coaches gave to me… 3 hang power cleans, 2 ring dips, and a 150m row.

…etc…

This workout is long and involved. Your goal is to keep moving until you’re ready to stop. Most people won’t finish this workout at all, and that’s totally fine! Let’s have some fun with it.

1 – Row 150m
2 – Ring Dips
3 – Hang Power Cleans @ 135/95#
4 – Strict Pullups
5 – Pushups
6 – Walking Lunge Steps
7 – KB Swings @ 53/35#
8 – Box Jumps @ 24/20”
9 – Wall Balls @ 20/14# to 10 ft
10 – Double-Unders
11 – Burpees
12 – Pistols (6R/6L)
