Workout of the Day

AMRAP in 15m of:
2 Power Snatches @ 155/105#
Row 100m

*add 2 reps to the snatches and 100m to the row in every round.

Things to look for in this video:

  1. How low her hips are in the starting position
  2. How her shoulders stay out over the bar until she passes her knees
  3. How she gets the bar back into the high hang with a vertical torso before jumping
  4. How she aggressively lifts and moves her feet to pull herself under the bar
