5 attempts for max weight of:
7 unbroken sets of the following sequence:
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Behind-the-Neck Push Press
1. If you drop the bar or rest on the ground, the set is over.
2. Resting is allowed as long as you’re hanging on to the bar.
3. No squat cleans, but thrusters are allowed to combine the squat and push presses.
4. Jerks are also allowed.
5. The bar must be locked out overhead when going front to back and vice versa.
