Workout of the Day

Front Squats 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1
30 minutes to a 1RM

Check out the front squat demo video below. Notice how high she keeps her elbows, even in the very bottom of the squat. Notice too how she maintains a loose, fingertip grip on the bar. This helps her keep the elbows high.
