Workout of the Day

AMRAP in 15m of:
3 Ring Dips
5 Power Cleans @ 135/95#
7 Pullups

A lot of folks have been struggling to receive the bar smoothly in the front rack position during the Power Clean. In the video below, Matt Chan tells us to “shoot our elbows,” and then he backs it up with quick elbows at 0:40 in the video. Another way to say this is to roll your elbows through and up. The quicker you roll your elbows through, the smoother the catch.
