Workout of the Day

A) For time:
50 KB Swings @ 53/35#
*time cap = 4 min
**compare to 10/22/15

B) 3 rounds for time of:
10 OH Squats @ 135/95#
50 Double-Unders

If we were doing Russian swings today, this would definitely be the fastest way to 50 reps! Notice his deliberate, controlled, and forceful breathing. He breathes the same way every rep… in on the way down, and out on the way up.
