RX’d Division

AMRAP in 20m of:
25-ft Overhead Walking Lunges @ 95/65#
8 Bar-Facing Burpees
25-ft Overhead Walking Lunges @ 95/65#
8 Chest-to-Bar Pullups

Scaled Division

AMRAP in 20m of:
25-ft Front Rack Walking Lunges @ 45/35#
8 Bar-Facing Burpees
25-ft Front Rack Walking Lunges @ 45/35#
8 Jumping Pullups

Let’s Do It!

It’s finally here – the first workout of the Games season. Come any regular class time today (except 4:15 – cancelled), or come to Friday Night Lights tonight at 5:30pm to get your sweat on! If you haven’t registered for the Open yet, you can still do it – check here for more information.

Please arrive early if you can – this is a long workout and we’ll need multiple heats. Scoring in the Open works like this:

  • You must submit a score EVERY WEEK if you want to be tabulated in the data with the entire world. Even if that score is 1.
  • A single rep in the RX’d division “beats” any rep count in the Scaled division. So if you’re primarily concerned with placing as well as possible – try to get just one rep in the RX’d division. Otherwise, just come in and kick ass in whichever division fits you best!
  • Even if you don’t register, you will still benefit from completing the workouts, especially if you come to Friday Night Lights!

As a reminder, you’ll be paired up with someone else to judge them and get judged. If you’re able, please bring a snack or a drink to share!
