CrossFit Total This Thursday!

It’s finally here – the CrossFit Total. We’ll be doing it this week on Thursday, March 31. For those unfamiliar, the CrossFit Total is a chance to go for a 1-rep max in the Back Squat, Press, and Deadlift. You get three attempts at each, similar to a powerlifting competition. Your score is the sum total of the greatest weight lifted in each movement. So if your best squat is 200, your best press is 150, and your best deadlift is 250, then your CrossFit Total is 600 pounds.

This is CrossFit’s preferred way of testing your limit strength. Come on in and get it done!
