Welcome Amy Patrick
Please join me in welcoming the newest coach at CrossFit Beat – Amy Patrick. Amy will be regularly coaching the Tuesday morning and noon classes, plus every other Friday evening. If you come at noon on other days, you might even get to work out with her!
Amy has a lot of experience as both a CrossFit athlete and a coach. She’s a formerly competitive gymnast, and a club gymnastics coach for more than 10 years. She also raced mountain bikes for a few years.
I’m super excited to have her onboard. Welcome Amy!
