Workout of the Day

“Cindy”
AMRAP in 20m of:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats

Welcome to the Jungle

While not as notorious as Fran, I believe Cindy to be THE classic CrossFit workout. People often try it as their first CrossFit workout due to its low barrier to entry. None of the movements are technical, and all you need is pullup bar to get it done (indeed, it was my first CrossFit workout). It’s quite humbling to go in thinking one thing, and to come out after the workout completely spent… and hooked on CrossFit.
