Workout of the Day

3 rounds for time of:
Row 500/400m
21 Burpees
12 Thrusters @ 95/65#

*time cap = 24 minutes
*compare to 10/23/15

Dubs and Deads

On Tuesday, we’re going to put all that double-under practice to the test. That’s right – we’re going to do the 2 minute benchmark test!

How many double-unders can you do in 2 minutes? 2? 20? 200? Come on in and let’s find out!

We’ll also be continuing our strength series with week 2 of 5 on deadlifts and weighted pullups, so don’t miss this day!
