A) Benchmark: Double-Unders
2 min for max double-unders

B1) Deadlift Triples (Dead-Stop)
Week 2 of 5
5 sets of 3 reps, straight across
At 0:00, then on the 5:00 interval

B2) Strict/Weighted Pullups
5 sets of 3 reps, straight across
At 2:00, then on the 5:00 interval

C) Reverse Hyperextensions
2 sets of 12-15 reps
Add Med Ball as needed
*alternate w/ mobility
